Personal growth takes place when you get closer to yourself and can stay in company for this you need guts and good communication skills. 
Practice makes perfect.

You don't have to act a certain way and feel uncomfortable because of it, everyone has their role. Each role is important and indispensable to the whole. Someone's role can also (continuously) change during a session.
